Position Summary

 

Job Title: Regional Business Operations Manager (RBOM)

The RBOM (Regional Business Operations Manager) is a key role within the Business Enablement organization in ROM.

Reporting to the Business Enablement Director, this role is responsible for driving regional business operations across LRK, including operational planning, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination to achieve quarterly and annual business objectives.

The role supports leadership with data-driven insights for strategic and tactical decision-making, while ensuring effective implementation of business processes, accountability systems, and operational governance across accounts and functions.

What you’ll do

  • Business Operations & Performance Management

- Lead business planning processes (AOP, quarterly reviews) and ensure alignment with business goals 

-Track, monitor, and drive improvement in overall LRK KPI performance 

-Prepare and deliver operational and business reviews for leadership 

-Support regional MBO follow-up and execution 

 

  • Business Analysis & Decision Support

-Provide data-driven insights and analysis to support strategic and tactical decision-making 

-Support account-level reporting and perform ad hoc analysis as required 

-Conduct business and market analysis to support business development initiatives 

 

  • Cross-functional Execution

-Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives and business operations activities across ROM 

-Drive multi-product initiatives and ensure alignment across functions 

  • Financial & Operational Oversight

-Monitor account financial performance, including forecasting and analysis 

-Support performance visibility and linkage between financial and operational outcomes 

 

  • Process & Governance

-Establish and monitor accountability systems and regional business processes 

-Drive continuous improvement of business operations processes, procedures, and governance frameworks

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in business operations, strategy, or cross-functional roles 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to drive execution across stakeholders 
  • Experience in business planning, KPI management, and operational performance analysis
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels 
  • Self-driven and proactive, with strong ownership and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
