Position Summary

The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfillment lifecycle from forecast planning and order booking through product delivery, customer acceptance, and revenue recognition.

This role acts as the operational focal point between customers and internal organizations including Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, and Product Management. The successful candidate will ensure execution excellence, forecast accuracy, commercial compliance, and customer satisfaction while supporting business growth objectives.

What you’ll do

Order Fulfillment Management

  • Manage the complete order fulfillment process from customer purchase order receipt through shipment, installation, acceptance, and revenue recognition.
  • Track critical customer milestones and ensure alignment among commercial, operational, and manufacturing stakeholders.
  • Monitor delivery schedules, installation status, and customer commitments to ensure on-time execution.
  • Identify fulfillment risks and drive timely escalation and resolution.

Forecast & Business Planning

  • Own and maintain customer demand forecasts within CRM and ERP systems.
  • Support quarterly forecasting processes, investment planning scenarios, and revenue projections.
  • Analyze forecast changes and communicate business impacts to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Drive data accuracy and consistency across forecasting and reporting systems.

Customer Operations

  • Serve as a primary operational contact for strategic customer accounts.
  • Provide support for customer procurement activities including quotation management, order status communication, documentation, and issue resolution.
  • Build productive relationships with customer supply chain, procurement, operations, and project teams.
  • Ensure a high level of responsiveness and customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.

 

Commercial & System Operations

  • Maintain data integrity in CRM and ERP systems including order information, revenue milestones, pricing, system configuration, and customer requirements.
  • Support quotation creation, booking execution, order release, and commercial documentation processes.
  • Support CRM input for product configuration requests, engineering changes, and operational approvals.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Generate reports related to bookings, shipments, revenue, forecast accuracy, customer acceptance, and operational KPIs.
  • Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities to improve operational performance and execution efficiency.
  • Present business insights and recommendations to management and customer stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Program Coordination

  • Coordinate activities across Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, and Customer organizations.
  • Lead action items required to meet customer commitments and business objectives.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure execution transparency and accountability.
  • Support strategic initiatives and process improvement programs to enhance operational effectiveness. 

Who we’re looking for

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Order Fulfillment, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Operations, Project Coordination, or related functions.
  • Experience supporting complex customer accounts within a multinational business environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced Excel and data reporting skills.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, CRM, or equivalent ERP platforms.
  • Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.
  • Fluent Korean and English communication skills.
