The impact you’ll make
The intent of this position is to support space planning and management activities for the entire office portolio of Korea. You will be a part of our on-site Global Occupancy and Space Planning team and will be responsible for executing day-to-day space and seating operations and supporting the team in developing occupancy plans. This role focuses on operational accuracy, system updates, and on-site coordination to ensure employee seating and space data are always current and reliable.

What you’ll do
- Process day-to-day seat requests: new hire, transfer, and offboarding support
- Support office moves and seating changes (MAC requests)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with BU customers to provide excellent customer service
- Gather programming requirements to develop project scope, schedule, and budget on office reconfigurations, move, and tenant improvement projects
- Provide design layouts of new and existing office space and furniture as needed for move and tenant improvement projects
- Working furniture vendors to develop move plans with space assignments, occupancy plans, and furniture reconfiguration requirements
- Conduct building audits to verify that employee locations, furniture layout and room configurations are correctly noted on floor plans
- Conduct furniture inventory audits to cross-check the furniture list with the actual stock and assess the condition of each item
- Manage relocations including the development and execution of project planning activities, timing of group moves/relocations, and final relocations
- Participates in the development and integration of space management tools, processes, standards, and policies to improve efficiencies
- Track and organize space-related data and files
- Coordinate with vendors for desk moves, nameplate installation/removal, and simple furniture relocation
Who we’re looking for
- BS/BA degree in related discipline (i.e. architecture, interior design, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management planning/coordination, facilities, project or construction management etc.)
- Minimum 6 years of related work experience in Move Management, Furniture Project Management, Space Planning, or Interior Architecture
- Strong spatial skills with experience in the implementation of workplace strategies and the ability to translate business requirements into space requirements for the business units
- Ability to communicate in basic English (verbal and written) is required
Preferred qualifications
- Comfortable working with Excel and basic office systems
- Working proficiency in AutoCAD
- Detail-oriented and able to follow defined processes
- Reliable and consistent in handling repetitive tasks
- Able to visit sites and perform simple on-site checks
