The impact you’ll make
The L&D Generalist will be part of the HR team and report to the L&D Manager, supporting the execution and administration of learning programs, including onboarding, professional skills training, and other Korea HR and Global HR initiatives. This role is designed for entry-level professionals who are eager to learn and grow in the field of Learning & Development while contributing to Lam Korea's dynamic environment, consisting of three entities: LRK, LMK, and KTC.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
What you’ll do
Support the L&D Manager and L&D Specialist in the following areas:
Assisting in the coordination and execution of learning programs and workshops
Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling and logistics
Managing training-related administrative tasks, such as maintaining training records and preparing materials
Assisting in the evaluation of training effectiveness and gathering feedback from participants
Collaborating with HR Shared Services (HRSS) to ensure smooth learning operations
Providing logistical and operational support for leadership development programs and employee workshops
Supporting the localization and implementation of global learning initiatives within the Korea region
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree required (recent graduates or entry-level candidates are welcome to apply)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and eager to learn about Learning & Development processes
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in administrative or coordination roles (internships or part-time work in HR or L&D is a plus)
- Interest in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR-related fields
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Outgoing and collaborative personality

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
