The impact you’ll make
Responsible for all sales activities and account management for Account. Ensures full exposure for company’s current product line. Forecasts prospective sales. Collaborates with current and potential customers to define equipment and process needs, communicates those requirements to appropriate corporate personnel, and negotiates capabilities, schedules, and pricing. Partners in a matrix environment to gain customer trust by addressing current customer concerns and developing road maps for future business. Responsible for managing the relationship between Lam and the customer, in order to achieve growth in market share, profitability and customer satisfaction. Escalates issues in a timely manner.

Who we’re looking for
Business Impact
(e.g. strategic focus, decision-making authority)
- Achieve Booking/ Revenue & Market share objectives with account SPS (Strategic Product Selling) plan
- Manage and update the booking and revenue on SFA (Sales Force Automation)
- Negotiate system specification and Terms & Condition and customer delivery requirement
- Align account team’s business strategies with counterparts, such as BD and CSBG.
- MPP and as required
- Issue quotation, PCW (Product Configuration Worksheet) and NSR (Non-Standard Requirement) for proper configuration and system slotting
- Follow up PO (Purchasing Order) and clean all booking procedure with CBC (Clean Booking Checklist)
- Build up and maintain good business partnership base on the customer trust
- Communication with product group to inform customer technology roadmap and technical product presentation to customer
- Make SPS (Single Page Strategy) business planning in long term and short term according to major and critical penetration business and project
- Follow up JDP (Joint Development Plan) and evaluation activities
Financial Management
(e.g. financial/budgetary responsibilities, Impact on revenue/expenses)
- Gross Margin analysis and implement improvement plan
- Align the account team’s gross margin goal with BD and achieve with the proper strategies through
- APN & VPA negotiation
- Configuration management
- Order fulfillment and PO process
- AR collection
- Manage PG funding projects and spending
People Management & Organizational Development
(e.g. span of control, people management)
Report Structure & Work Relationship
- Report to Account CSBG Director
- Closely work with BDs, CSOM and CSBG
Preferred qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering, Business or related field
- > 7 years of semiconductor industry
- Strong communications, organizational and negotiation skills, in addition to a good understanding of corporate products and technology
- Customer Relationship Management Skill
- Analytical skill
- Fluent in English (written & verbal)
Valued but not required skills and experience
- MBA
- Experienced in value engineering and lean manufacturing environment
- Advanced computer proficiency
