The impact you’ll make

Join Lam as a Business Operations Analyst, where you'll spearhead process improvement initiatives. With your systems knowledge and business process acumen, you expertly collect and analyze data, evaluate processes, develop metrics, and identify root causes with data-driven indicators for future improvements. Organizing cross-functional project teams, you communicate team progress and survey best practices, showcasing your commitment to operational excellence at Lam.

What you’ll do

  • Track/Monitor AT AIP/KPI performance, BSR, OPEX/CAPEX and providing periodic report
  • Participate in QxR for AT's planning, process and accountability for short/mid/long-term commitments and objectives (QCR/QFR/QBR/QOR and SAR)
  • AT SPOC for AT HC POR (DFS and SG&A), attrition rate and its financial impact (Opex and absorption)
  • Involve/ensure quarter closing process and BKO management
  • Support on building the processes/accountability system within AT to drive operational efficiency and excellence
  • Develop intuitive and reliable data modeling and process to define business growth strategy and planning to AOE and AT stakeholders
  • Participate in Region/ AT level of new projects and gathering inputs from AT participants and delivering as a representative
  • Ensure consistency, reliability and quality of all standard reporting deliverables
  • Support adhoc request from ROM/BDSO/Corp functions
  • Lead/Support AT level PSDM for critical and pending issues per request

Who we’re looking for

  • Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate analytical skills and strong working knowledge of MS Office suite which includes MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint 
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent PSDM (Problem Solving and Decision Making) skills with a strong operational mindeset
  • Self-starter, Strategic, Organized and passionate and also ability to navigate ambiguity and be comfortable with time pressure 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with a positive and proactive mindset 

Preferred qualifications

  • Business related experiences: Sales, Sales operations, Order fulfillment
  • Operations related experieces: Business Operations, HC planning, Field Planning & Operations, CSM

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
