The impact you’ll make
At Lam, as a Supply Chain Business Manager, you play a crucial role in partnering with suppliers to drive operational excellence. Your data-driven approach ensures effective planning, scheduling, and monitoring material movement through our dynamic global production cycle. You’ll benchmark and monitor supplier performance to manage risk. By driving continuous supplier process improvements you support the productivity and efficiency of Lam's operations.
What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end delivery of finished goods from remote factories to meet customer commitments
- Act as the primary escalation point for delivery risks and supply chain disruptions
- Collaborate with Strategic Commodity Managers on forecasting and planning activities
- Monitor supplier performance against MRP signals and delivery targets
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supplier and delivery issues
- Ensure supply chain readiness for product and factory transitions
- Oversee logistics, inventory, and capacity strategies
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on delivery status and risks
- Manage SAP workflows and reporting
- Drive process improvement initiatives
- Regular business trips to customer location
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 8–10 years of experience in supply chain management and planning
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain program management
- Experience with SAP systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Project management and execution skills
- Negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office tools

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
