What you’ll do

 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Gehaltsabrechnung für sämtliche MitarbeiterInnen des Konzerns in Österreich
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten rund um die Gehaltsabrechnung inklusive pflege des Zeitsystems in Zusammenarbeit mit einer weiteren Kollegin
  • Sozialversicherungsrechtliche und steuerrechtliche Administration der Ein- und Austritte
  • Bescheinigungs- und Meldewesen sowie die Korrespondenz mit Behörden, Ämtern und Krankenkassen 
  • Erstellen div. Meldungen und Bestätigungen für Sozialversicherungsanstalten, Finanzbehörden und sonstige Institutionen
  • Beratung und Bearbeitung von Auskünften an interne und externe Stellen
  • Überwachung von Bezugsverrechnungsschnittstellen
  • Erstellen von Auswertungen und Statistiken sowie Stammdatenpflege
  • Mitarbeit an internen zukunftsorientierten Projekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen sowie aktive Rolle bei Prozessoptimierungen im Verantwortungsbereich

 

Who we’re looking for

 

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (kfm. Lehre, HAK, HLW oder ähnliches) 
  • Erfolgreich absolvierte Personalverrechnerprüfung 
  • Mindestens 3 Erfahrung in der operativen Abrechnung, vorzugsweise in einem Industriebetrieb oder in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im österreichischen Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht und idealerweise im Arbeitsrecht
  • Sage-DPW-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit komplexen Arbeitszeitmodellen
  • Gute analytische Fähigkeiten, Zahlenaffinität sowie hohe Lösungsorientierung
  • Proaktive Persönlichkeit mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Eigenverantwortliches, strukturiertes und selbständiges Arbeiten
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse

 

What We're Offering

 

Diese Position unterliegt dem Österreichischen Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Fachverband der Metalltechnischen Industrie. Das Mindestgehalt für die Position liegt je nach Ausbildung in der Berufsgruppe E und basiert auf einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Eine höhere Vergütung ist je nach Fachwissen und Fähigkeiten verhandelbar.

Employment in Austria

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise, education, and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
