The Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business.

The impact you’ll make

Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for complex capital equipment, manufacturing processes, and procedures, enabling internal teams to consistently execute high-quality production through standardized, repeatable practices.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers, virtual manufacturing engineers, and engineering technicians to create and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) for complex capital equipment, processes, and procedures used by internal manufacturing team.
• On-site postion that works in manufacturing clean room with engineers and technicans to validate SOPs are accurate and confrom to company standards.
• Using CAD developed by Product Design team work with US & India based Virtual Manufacturing Engineers to digitally develop high quality SOPs ahead of the first physical build in manufacturing.
• Find opportunities to continuously improve processes, drive alignemnt on solutions, and ensure effective implementation.

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• MS Office, PLM systems (iPLM), CAD (Team Center & DELMIA), ERP (SAP), SharePoint, Cell Fusion.
• Great communication, highly collaborative, team first mentality, with a high sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
