Req ID:  197335
Worker Category:  On-site Flex

The group you’ll be a part of

The Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business.

The impact you’ll make

As the Program Lead, you will be responsible for driving a global, integrated approach to how Global Planning & Operations (GP&O) operates across sites and product lines. You will translate the Plan of Record (POR) into an executable program that builds and sustains functional role communities, standardizes roles and responsibilities (R&R) and key processes, and accelerates Best Known Method (BKM) sharing and adoption. By aligning sponsors, SMEs, and workstreams under a common governance cadence, you will improve predictability, speed, and scalability—delivering a consistent customer experience and enabling the organization to do more with the same level of resources.

What you’ll do

  • Execute to the Role Communities Org Imperative Plan of Record (POR), translating strategic intent into an integrated program plan with clear milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Establish and run program governance and operating cadence (AE/PM check-ins, sponsor forums, steering reviews, monthly program reviews), ensuring decisions, actions, and escalations are closed with accountability.
  • Drive global standardization of Roles & Responsibilities and core process definitions, aligning site differences into a common baseline and enabling consistent execution.
  • Accelerate BKM identification, consolidation, and proliferation across sites through structured forums, a central knowledge repository (e.g., wiki/SharePoint), and coordinated change management.
  • Enable scalability through cross-site collaboration models and cross-functional role communities for critical end-to-end processes, proactively removing barriers and resolving conflicts.

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 15+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 12+ years’ experience; or 8 years’ experience with a Ph.D.; or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of related experience in project management or program management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Proven program leadership experience driving multi-site, cross-functional initiatives—able to translate strategy into a practical Plan of Record (POR) and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong executive and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to facilitate governance forums, drive decision-making, and navigate ambiguity across regions and functions.
  • Demonstrated strength in process standardization and operational excellence, with high attention to detail and a bias for disciplined follow-through.
  • Change leader who can influence without authority—driving adoption of global BKMs and standards, surfacing risks early, and removing blockers to keep teams moving.
  • Familiarity with Lam Management System (LMS) principles, program governance best practices, and enabling tools for collaboration and knowledge sharing (e.g., dashboards, SharePoint/wiki).
