The impact you’ll make

As a Program/Project Manager at Lam, you will play a key role in driving strategic sustainability and operational initiatives across the Global Logistics Organization (GLO). Working across a broad range of stakeholders, you will lead programs from concept through execution, ensuring business objectives are translated into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

 

In this role, you will support the implementation of GLO's sustainability strategy while managing complex cross-functional projects, improving data governance processes, enabling regulatory and reporting readiness, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong program management capabilities, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence across a matrixed global organization. This individual thrives in ambiguity, can balance strategic planning with operational execution, and is comfortable navigating both business and sustainability topics.

What you’ll do

Support Sustainability Strategy & Program Execution

  • Lead cross-functional projects and programs that support GLO's sustainability strategy, business objectives, and long-term vision.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable project plans, milestones, governance structures, and measurable deliverables.
  • Partner with logistics, supply chain, procurement, operations, facilities, and corporate sustainability teams to integrate sustainability into operational decision-making.
  • Support the development and implementation of new business processes, serving as a key coordinator across stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and opportunities, proactively developing mitigation and escalation plans.
  • Develop executive-level presentations, status updates, and business recommendations for leadership teams.

 

Drive Data Governance & Reporting Excellence

  • Partner with business stakeholders to manage sustainability-related data processes, ensuring data quality, consistency, and audit readiness across global operations.
  • Support the development of scalable reporting processes, automation opportunities, and system enhancements that improve data integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate implementation of sustainability methodologies and reporting requirements in alignment with evolving business needs and industry standards.
  • Support annual ESG reporting, disclosures, target tracking, and internal performance management activities.
  • Monitor emerging sustainability regulations, reporting requirements, and industry trends to assess potential impacts on GLO programs and priorities.

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, sustainability, supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
  • Experience developing cross-functional initiatives through project plans, managing risks and dependencies, driving accountability, and delivering measurable program outcomes in highly matrixed organizations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across global teams.
  • Experience leveraging data and business insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Working knowledge of sustainability, ESG, environmental compliance, carbon accounting, or related topics.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience leading sustainability, ESG, compliance, operational excellence, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks and standards, including GHG Protocol, SBTi, CDP, and similar programs.
  • Experience with data visualization, business intelligence, or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Experience improving business processes, data governance practices, or reporting systems.
  • Semiconductor, manufacturing, supply chain, or global operations experience.
  • PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar project/program management certifications are a plus.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
