  • Maintain a deep understanding of demand signal from Sales on a weekly basis—demand changes, critical delivery gaps, and risk/upside to the established demand plan of record.
  • Improve the customer delivery experience and enhance Lam’s delivery competitiveness by implementing proactive planning strategies to meet customer delivery needs.
  • Recommend and deploy demand overrides as needed to achieve a comprehensive demand signal.
  • Collaborate with Production Planning, Inventory Control, and other departments to ensure optimal inventory levels and factory utilization.

  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive cross-functional experience with demonstrable business results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • PMP and/or CPIM certification.
