The group you’ll be a part of

 

The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes.  

What you’ll do

Product roadmap development & execution

  • Conduct spares market risk & competitive intelligence assessments in partnership with business development, flagging critical parts & competitors for market share risks
  • Prioritize and maintain a pipeline of strategic technical projects that provide value to our customers and protect Spares market share  
  • Develop Spares product release roadmap and drive the project execution timelines in partnership with product development teams
  • Interface with stakeholders such as supply chain to ensure commercial metrics such as product costing and pricing are accurately released
  • Develop, track, and report quantifiable KPIs and risks against program goals to spares management team
  • Identify opportunities to develop & automate business processes to improve efficiency of roadmap execution

Customer & account communication

  • Create customer product marketing collateral to articulate benefits of products released via the Spares roadmap
  • Attend marketing meetings in various regions to present Spares’ product roadmap to account stakeholders, and collect customer feedback to revise roadmap as required
  • Drive internal strategy sessions to conceive new products and services & participate in product branding activities
  • 10% travel required both domestic and international

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of related experience, or master’s degree with 6 years of experience within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing industries
  • Demonstrated program management skills associated with delivering on project goals, and meeting tight timelines
  • Product development and marketing experience in the semiconductor capital equpipment industry
  • Excellent Collaborator, communicator, and a problem solver with a reputation for getting things done
  • Proven data analysis and presentation skills

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with product development or marketing in a complex manufacturing or technology focused industry

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
