The impact you’ll make

 

In this role, you will contribute directy to Lam's Global Talent Acquisition  by helping design our global recruiter onboarding program and recruiter resources. 

 

This role is ideal for someone who is excited to build a world class recruiter onboarding program and resources that will improve our recruiter experience and help them onboarding quickly. By improving our recruiter experience we hope to improve the experience of our hiring managers and applicants of Lam Research. 

 

*This role requires you to be in-office weekly on Thursday in our Tualatin, Oregon office. 

What you'll learn

  • How to design, create, and implement training resources
  • How to be part of a small but mighty team that supports a global company

What you’ll do

  • Complete a needs assessment
  • Design a structured recruiter onboarding training plan tied to recruiter responsibilities
  • Provide a centralized, easy‑to‑navigate training resources
  • Reduced dependency on ad‑hoc questions and tribal knowledge

Who we’re looking for

  • Currently pursing a Bachelor and Master's degree in Adult Learning, Human Resources, or Instructional Design.
  • Someone who is not afraid to think outside the box and build from the ground up

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
