The impact you’ll make

As a Logistics Analyst at Lam, you'll orchestrate and streamline material flow, ensuring efficient supply chain operations and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Your role encompasses a broad set of responsibilities, including supply chain services, inventory control, and ensuring critical parts availability through enterprise warehouse and inventory systems. Your skilled analysis will support production planning and volume studies. Your expertise will be pivotal in optimizing Lam's logistics plans for seamless operations.

What you’ll do

Team Scope: Logistics Operations ( Warehouse, Compliance Audit, Analytics)
Job Summary:  The Logistics Analyst II supports day‑to‑day logistics operations while driving improvements in delivery performance, documentation accuracy, and operational efficiency.

This role provides analytical insight, coordinates cross‑functional communication, and ensures compliance with global and local logistics standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics Data Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze logistics KPIs including OTD, cost, cycle times, and exceptions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and support deep‑dive investigations.
• Use Excel, Power BI, or ERP reporting tools to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
2. Compliance & Documentation Control
• Ensure adherence to company policies, ISO standards ( RBA, audits, SOP adherence and document control)
• Support internal/external audits and follow up on corrective actions.
3. Process & Continuous Improvement
• Identify gaps and propose improvements in logistics workflows, document control, and system efficiency.
• Develop or update SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate across procurement, manufacturing, warehouse, finance, and global logistics teams.
• Communicate status, risks, and recommended actions to stakeholders.
• Support root cause analysis and continuos improvement initiatives

 

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical capability and proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Power Point, ERP system /SAP or reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.


Preferred
• Effective written and communication skills in English for coordination with global teams

•  Experience with Lean/Six Sigma or process improvement initiatives.

 

Travel requirement

• This role requires occasional travel to warehouses to support audits, process reviews and improvement activities

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
