The impact you’ll make
A technical expert who has in-depth knowledge and the technical proficiency of CSBG Spares and Service product lines as well as the customers’ specific device integration requirements and who then creates the CSBG products in the field. He or she is also the point of contact for local expertise on CSBG products and services.
What you’ll do
- Work with Corporate CSBG, Fab Productivity team and Account team to develop and execute strategies for Lam product based YOY growth in market share and revenue
- Review with Fab Productivity team and Account team the installed base and develop opportunities for penetration of Service, Spares & Upgrade products
- Translate customer needs into a profitable, marketable solution
- Work with Corporate CSBG, PG to develop marketing / technical presentations on CSBG products and services. Position, market and present to SEA Regional customers at different executive levels the CSBG products and the roadmap for the specific product line of expertise
- Build up and maintain good business partnership with both internal and external customers based on customer trust
- Any other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor
Who we’re looking for
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree with more than 5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry
- Good technical knowledge of Etch / Clean / Deposition toolset
- Excellent people management and strategic customer relationship building skills
- Possesses strong inter-personal, negotiation and communications skills with experience dealing with difficult work partners
- Possess strong business analytics and sales acumen
- Commands good oral and written English
- Has ability to work on one’s own and make decisions within the assigned area of responsibility
- Possesses good analytical and problem solving skills
- Agile, team player and passion to learn and adopt
- Flexibility to travel at short notice within the SEA Region

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
