The impact you’ll make
This incumbent will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment throughout the organization and assists in promoting a strong employment brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience by creating a high touch environment. He/She will also help to develop and execute recruitment strategies through regular communication with Hiring Manager and candidates.
What you’ll do
- Help develop and execute to recruitment strategies
- Works with hiring manager to document requirements of job openings
- Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting requisitions
- Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers
- Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Pre-screens resumes and partner Hiring Manager in interviews and documents candidate evaluation and interview process
- Negotiates and/or supports Hiring Manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers
- Conduct employment background checks
- Provide performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources
- Develop, support and maintain college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs
- Assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison with immigration attorneys
- Work on TA related projects when assigned
- Take on ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Immediate Supervisor
Who we’re looking for
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good judgement and maintains high confidentiality
- Good time management, follow through and ability to multi-task
- Keen eye for detail and meticulous in his/her work
- Strong knowledge and experience using social media (IG/ LinkedIn)
- Proficient in MS Excel and related software or application for data reporting analysis
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in campus recruitment is an added advantage

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
