The impact you’ll make

Reporting to the HR Director, the incumbent will hold a pivotal operational role within the Human Resource Business Partner team. This position is responsible for executing key HR programs and processes that enhance the employee experience, foster engagement, and support the strategic objectives of the HRBP function. He/She will act as a primary point of contact for general HR inquiries, ensuring efficient and seamless HR operations with a dedicated focus on employee benefits and welfare, employer branding and engagement activities and inclusion & diversity and adhoc programs.

What you’ll do

Employee benefits, welfare & engagement activities, employee events, diversity & inclusion champion

  • Point of contact to plan, drive and execute these initiatives and events per the annual calendar.
  • Keen and be innovative and creative in leading the organizing committee in the event execution and ensure high participation and seamless coordination.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support on adhoc projects and activities, upon request. Support internal communication efforts to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.

Employee Lifecycle & Onboarding

  • Manage the end-to-end coordination of new hire induction and quarterly orientation programs.
  • Facilitate new hire assimilation processes to ensure a smooth and engaging integration into the company culture.
  • Partner with HRSS and TA in ensuring excellent employee lifecycle experience and touch point with HRBP.

HR Operations & Administration Support

  • Serve as a primary contact person for all general HR and all other HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to employees.
  • Understanding and prior experience in SG payroll process, annual compensation review, and benefits renewal administration would be advantageous.
  • Manage all of the adhoc inquiries relating to work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for all LRSEA employees.

HRBP Functional Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HRBP team, including talent acquisition, data reporting, analysis, and process documentation.
  • Assist HRBPs in implementing solutions for people-related matters and strategic projects.
  • Act as a generalist to oversee all of the HR and adhoc operational tasks

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of hands-on HR role as a generalist or handling HR operation in a MNC matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated interest and/or experience in supporting and executing employee events and engagement activities.
  • Strong operational aptitude with a willingness to manage both strategic support tasks and tactical HR matters.
  • Keen attention to detail, high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • An adaptable team player, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, hyper fast-paced environment.
  • Aspiring HR professional eager to learn and grow within the human resource function.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
