The impact you’ll make

This position will interact with customers, Sales and internal stakeholders like Sales Ops, Finance and Global team to monitor and track Lam SG CSBG Sales QxR revenue and forecast via regular internal reporting (primarily QCR/QFR) to management and stakeholders. This position will also need to create, track and maintain FID/CID, quotations and PO status, invoice issuance and GR closure and track profitability projects (VF2.0), manage AT profitability, customer saving ledger, various deals and associated credits.

What you’ll do

  • FID/CID creation & tracking for Lam SG Sales QxR
  • Prepare quotations for repeat orders
  • Follow up closely on customer PO/ Invoices issuance and GR closure
  • Update and maintain business opportunities/forecast on Supplier Sloting Portal
  • Manage Account Team profitability, customer saving ledger, various deals and associated credits
  • Prepare deal sheets for ADM submission and follow up/expediate ADM approval as well as for spares/service/upgrade business
  • Deliver regular internal reporting (primarily QCR/QFR) to management & stakeholders
  • Communicate revenue recognition quarter, target labor hr, quotation # , PO # with CSBG operation & Finance team
  • Gather, consolidate, analyze forecasts, and develop Q×R (Quantity × Revenue) projections for Spares
  • Work with CSR to find out cost, price, and status of parts to decide so as to decide to go Spares business or CU business
  • Workdays workflow & CoO entry and follow up and expedite NSR approval progress
  • Work with Account Team to define scopes of NCU/CU/Reliant business demands
  • Maintain the chamber qty connecting with EIDH license monthly for quarterly billing
  • Various Reporting & updates (Semiverse/Contract Performance)
  • Any other general administrative duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year or Diploma holder with more than 3 years of related work experience (Sales Support, Finance or Admin role)
  • Proficiency in data analytics (Power BI )
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Verbal and written proficiency in  English
  • Independent and able to multi-task
  • Meticulous with good organizing and analyzing skill, attention to details
  • Strong inter-personal and communications skills. Experience in dealing with cross functional teams
