The impact you’ll make

Join Lam as a Business Operations Analyst, where you'll spearhead process improvement initiatives. With your systems knowledge and business process acumen, you expertly collect and analyze data, evaluate processes, develop metrics, and identify root causes with data-driven indicators for future improvements. Organizing cross-functional project teams, you communicate team progress and survey best practices, showcasing your commitment to operational excellence at Lam.

What you’ll do

  • Assist Lam China LSP (“Licensed Service Provider” - professional service program) manager for LSP engineer hiring, skill development, qualification and attrition tracking
  • Coordinate LSP engineer interview with Lam internal stakehoders/users (Account Team)
  • Coordinate ILT (“Instructor Led Training”) schedule with LSP company and Lam Training Center
  • Facilitate LSP company/individual engineer to resolve related Lam system issue
    • Lam China LSP Managemnt system
    • Magnit (CW system)
    • IT and security system (Log on, access, remote desktop etc.)
    • HR and JH training system
  • Track and follow up LSP acknowledgement of Lam Safety Alert   
  • Assist Lam China LSP manager for indentification and resolve of abnormalities during LSP operation, and handle other daily rountines including stamp application, badge application and other required
  • Facilitate supplier events and regular meeting (such as QOR) with LSP company and other internal stakeholders

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with working experience more than one year
  • Good skill of MS office App, epecially Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good interperson, communication and coordination skills
  • Working proficiency in English (both written and spoken) for business communication
  • Supply Chain or Businnes experience is a plus
  • AI and Automation experienced will be highly preferred

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
