The impact you’ll make
Join Lam as an Administrative Assistant, offering crucial support to executives and managers by handling complex administrative duties and details. You'll excel in collaborating across departments, at all levels, conducting research and data analysis, and preparing reports. Your work is critical and contributes to Lam's efficiency and operational success.
What you’ll do
- In charge of office daily admin work, including guest reception and registration, provide the admin support on transportation, hotel to our executives and all visitors.
- Manage office budget and update the forecast of expense on time. Responsible for purchasing, settling charge and managing admin Supplies, stationeries, etc. Make sure all purchases are complied with company’s policy.
- Provide timely support to employees, assist them to solve problems. If the issue is out of scope of admin’s responsibility, give guidance to employee to find solution.
- Vendor management: search and verify new vendor, review the qualification of existing vendors on time. Negotiate contract and agreement with vendors.
- Organize and implement social events including annual dinner, annual outing, monthly birthday party, team building etc. to enhance employee engagement.
- Office 6S management to keep office organized and the security and housekeeping system in good condition.
- Liaise with Finance, HR, IT and other departments to make sure office’s operation.
- Responsible for company documents, license annual check and updated.
- Manage and protect company assets and reduce administrative cost effectively.
- Other tasks assigned by superior.

- Minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
