The impact you’ll make

  • As a Logistics Analyst at Lam, Oversee the warehouse operations from Inbound to outbound and address the roadblocks in a timely manner.
  • Areas of responsibilities include Global Logistics services, warehouse operations, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, third-party warehousing, and shipping/receiving activities.
  • Able to communicate with personnel both inside and outside the warehouse environment and drive the change.
  • Interacts with peers in supply chain, OFM, Manufacturing, and finance to address the concerns.

What you’ll do

The Logistics Analyst is responsible for all operational tasks of the Logistics Centre. He/She has to maintain and ensure the working condition with high priority on quality and economical aspects. The job role encompasses the direction, management and managing of all warehouse activities according to SOP’s and standard codes of practice, ensure seamless implementations of new customer accounts with regard to the warehouse operation as well as customer relationship. He/She is accountable to provide all necessary data for staff payments, cost control and invoicing to the administration department within the agreed time lines. 

  • Job Responsibilities 
    •    Responsible for overseeing of non-standard shipping needs for engineering, drop shipment, repairs and return, upgrades in accordance to customer needs
    •    Managing of warehouse operations, such as receiving, pick & pack, value added services, shipping and administrations
    •    Continuous checking and securing of the efficiency and productivity of activities within the area of responsibility 
    •    Continuous checking and economical deployment of material handling and plant equipment
    •    Efficient utilization and application of WMS(ERP) systems
    •    Provision and guarantee of paper and information flow related to the operational scope of work
    •    Quality management within the area of responsibility; Preparation and provision of quality and performance key performance indicators (KPI)
    •    Controlling of operations according to KPI’s
    •    Execution of quality checks
    •    Coordination and reconciliation of works with other departments, such as administrations, customer service, process engineering and business development
    •    Design and continuous improvement of work flows and processes
    •    Abeyance and consideration of statutory regulations and laws as well as strict enforcement of security standards 
    •    Maintaining of customer relationship as far as related to the operational execution of works.
    •    Negotiations with partners(3PL) 
    •    5S & EHS implement and supervise 
    •    Lead the strategic and vision of the company
    •    Acquaint the checklist of safety and fire facilities in warehouse.

Who we’re looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in data analysis and dashboard creation
  • Experience in logistics operations in Manufacturing industry
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to support multiple projects and Logistics business functions
  • Ability to interact with multiple levels and functions within the organization
  • English proficiency required
  • Work Location: Lam Research Manufacturing Korea Osan site.
