The impact you’ll make

As a Factory support team at Lam Research Manufacturing Korea, you will be responsible for supporting LMK Factory operation by analyzing shortage data to identify and escalate material risks early, while driving key material readiness to ensure manufacturing and customer delivery commitments are met.

What you’ll do

  • Analyze SAP and internal shortage tools to identify, validate, and roll up material risks.
  • Support expediting of critical materials to meet manufacturing and customer delivery schedules.
  • Proactively detect material risks in advance and execute timely escalation to prevent shipment delays.
  • Develop mitigation actions and support root cause corrective actions to improve supply continuity.
  • Work closely with internal supply chain partners including Buyers, Commodity, Supply Business Managers, and leadership to evaluate and execute solutions such as material allocation, Problem Report status changes, sell‑back, and de‑kit options.
  • Serve as the interface to manufacturing, order fulfillment, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure production and customer delivery requirements are met.

Who we’re looking for

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3~6 years of Supply Chain experience with a bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent in English and experience in working cross functional team located in different countries.
  • Strong communicator capable of developing and delivering compelling arguments and presentations.
  • Must understand how factory operates and close to work with supply chain and order fulfillment.
  • Ability to analyze and utilize data in decision making, achievement of business objectives, and driving best quality solutions, practices and policies.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, ERP familiarity and SAP expertise strongly preferred

Preferred qualifications

  • Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
