In this role, you will play a key part in creating a smooth, safe, and supportive workplace experience for all employees.
Your work will directly contribute to efficient office operations, well-managed facilities, and high‑quality employee services.
By ensuring seamless logistics—from dormitory assignments to commuting bus operations and daily office support—you will help maintain a positive environment where employees can focus on doing their best work.
What you’ll do
Manage overall office operations, including general areas, equipment, supplies, and employee services
Oversee dormitory lease, move‑in/move‑out processes, assignments, and occupancy management
Adjust and manage company commuting bus routes, stops, and daily operations
Manage cafeteria and kitchen facility purchases, snack and coffee stock, and related orders
Procure and manage office supplies, equipment, and general affairs‑related items
Support planning and execution of internal company events, activities, and employee engagement programs
Support employee and family events (e.g., transportation support, condolence/congratulatory arrangements)
Support company events and internal activities
Process and reconcile general affairs expenses, including facilities, maintenance, and vendor payments
Coordinate travel logistics for visiting global team members
Manage document shredding/disposal and company mail distribution
Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
Who we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
Basic English reading and writing skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive
Positive, service-oriented mindset with a friendly and supportive attitude
Preferred qualifications
1–4 years of experience in General Affairs or Accounting
Experience using SAP or other ERP systems
Experience managing office operations, employee services
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally
Ability to proactively identify issues and provide solutions

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
