The Impact You’ll Make

Ensures legal compliance and provides import/export administration and control within government rules and regulations, including appropriate licensing for shipments. Reviews contracts for required clauses and identifies omissions. Interfaces with internal and external customers, foreign order administration, freight forwarders, customs officers and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistics of shipment. Selects carrier/forwarder for shipment of products and prepares documents for freight forwarders.

2. Monitor and improve import & export operation
3. Standardize and optimize import & export processes
4. Generate insights through data analysis and prepare reports
5. Coordinate collaboration and communication among stakeholders

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in trade operations and import & export management/data analysis
• English proficiency required
• Ability to interact with multiple levels and functions within the organization
• Ability to support multiple projects and participate in special projects as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bonded goods caretaker (보세사자격) required
• Experience In CP (Compliance Program) or Controlled goods management

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
