What you’ll do

LMK Calibration Coordinator – Key Responsibilities

1.Manage the Calibration Program
1)Coordinate and maintain the calibration schedule for all inspection, measurement, and test equipment.
2)Monitor calibration due dates and ensure no overdue calibration equipment exists.
2.Maintain Calibration Systems and Asset Records
1)Register, track, and manage calibration assets in the calibration management system.
2)Control equipment identification, calibration status, and related records.
3.Coordinate External Calibration Services
1)Liaise with approved calibration suppliers and service providers.
2)Schedule equipment shipment, calibration activities, and certificate collection.
4.Ensure Compliance and Risk Management
1)Ensure compliance with Lam procedures, ISO requirements, and audit expectations.
2)Conduct risk assessments and drive corrective actions for out-of-tolerance (OOT) equipment.
5.Provide Training and Stakeholder Support
1)Support and train Calibration Custodians and equipment users on calibration requirements.
2)Drive continuous improvement activities and maintain calibration-related KPIs.

Who we’re looking for

  • Preferred Qualifications – Calibration Coordinator

    1.Associate degree in Engineering, Quality, Metrology, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering.
    2.Prior experience in Incoming Quality Assurance (IQA), Quality Inspection, or Manufacturing Quality activities is preferred.
    3.Experience managing calibration equipment, measurement tools, and calibration records in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
    4.Experience working with semiconductor equipment, modules, or related manufacturing processes is preferred.
    5.Knowledge of calibration standards, measurement systems, metrology principles, and quality management systems is preferred.
    6.Experience coordinating with external calibration service providers and maintaining calibration databases or asset management systems is preferred.
    7.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and compliance requirements.
    8.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with computerized calibration management systems is preferred.
