The impact you’ll make
Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final approval of products through the complete production cycle. Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements. Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules. Master Scheduler: Provides input to management; schedules and/or interfaces with marketing, sales, production and engineering managers. Works to resolve (in case of design changes) labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions. Oversees the master schedules and ensures comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing.
What you’ll do
Production planning (Production control) including MRP execution
Set annual operation plan and quarterly business and finance review process and follow up
Track/monitor/improve overall KPIs management such as On Time Delivery, Inventory Management including Material Turnover Rate and E&O control
Production order maintenance, and variance reporting
Material tracking/risk assessment and mitigation plan in detail
Material allocation when multi plant priorities
Identify rework opportunities through material analysis
Understanding logistics/material flow on manufacturing
BOM knowledge, review skill and change implementation
Develop/lead methods of account operations: implement/improve business process and procedure
Escalate urgent or Unresolved issues
Risk mitigation for daily operation, short and mid-term issues
Coordinating/leading a build plan, material readiness, delivery scheduling with all stakeholders having priority and effective communication
LOT management
Shortage Management and Status Maintenance
Escalate issue & status and finding root cause & Improvement
History maintenance / management
Change support for OBC, ECR
Who we’re looking for
-
Minimum 1~4 years’ experience in Production Planning functions
MRP skill required (SAP experience preferred)
Production operation skill required
Inventory management required
Interpersonal communication skill
Good business sense of urgency and importance
Upper level MS office utilization
Fluent English speaking, reading, listening and writing skill required
Preferred qualifications
Semiconductor industry background preferred
Semiconductor Fab Process Equipment and complicated BOM Configuration knowledge
Industrial Engineering preferred

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
