The impact you’ll make

  • System Project Manager (SPM) is responsible to ensure delivery of orders per Customer expectations, while effectively managing a portfolio of assigned orders, including systems and upgrades, to meet customer commitments
  • Acting as the primary liaison between Global Operations (GOps) and Sales Operations (SOps)
  • Engaging with Sales Operations, Product Group, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supply Chain functions to drive seamless execution and coordination

What you’ll do

  • Provide committed ship dates to Sales Operations and oversee customer order commitments to meet technical specifications and delivery requests
  • Manage Internal/External change requests, addressing impacts on system delivery schedules and configurations
  • Coordinate ship dates of Pre-shipment (ShipAhead, Pre-Fac) and Post-shipment (Backorders), ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks to shipment readiness, keeping Sales Operations and relevant stakeholders informed
  • Communicate and align stakeholders on priority adjustments and constrained material allocations
  • Coordinate cross-functional working groups to address issues such as material shortages, configuration changes, and production delays
  • Resolve conflicts related to material and capacity availability by proposing feasible alternatives and escalating unresolved issue to the leadership team for timely actions
  • Adhere to SPM-related policies and procedures while actively driving process improvements
  • Drive operations to revenue and shipping requirements

Who we’re looking for

  • Minimum of 3-8years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in English
  • Work Location: LMK Osan Site

Preferred qualifications

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities are essential for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Problem-solving & Critical Thinking: Proven ability to identify and resolve complex issues effectively
  • Project Management: Prior experience in project management is a plus
  • Sales Management: Prior experience in sales management is advantageous
  • MRP experience: Experience and proficiency in MRP systems; SAP knowledge is preferred
  • Semiconductor Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with semiconductor fab process equipment and BOM configuration is highly beneficial
  • Dynamic Work Environment: Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic business environments and possess a proven ability to handle ambiguity and adapt effectively to change
  • Business Acumen: A strong sense of urgency and priority management to drive impactful decisions

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
