The Impact You’ll Make
Responsible for selling our Lam products portfolio as well as parts and service contracts to dedicated accounts. Working under close supervision of Global Account Sales Manager. Develops sales strategy of assigned accounts according to corporate sales programs and products strategies. Ensures to achieve continuous customer satisfaction and targeted sales goals by performing successful sales activities.
What You’ll Do
- Contacts and meets with assigned customers to define current and future needs and promote Lam products and services.
- Contributes to develop plans and strategies to sell our products to capitalize on growth and new market share.
- Provides and maintain accurate sales forecasts aligned with customers investment plan.
- Work in full autonomy performing planned, systematic and pro-active sales activities to ensure and/or to enlarge sales for dedicated account. Supports in presentations, participates in user-meetings and follows-up pre-/post sales activities.
- Contributes to negotiate systems/retrofits/contract to close orders. Working closely with Global Account Manager and Field Operations to define Machine Configuration, Product Specifications and time frame to secure the project.
- Ensures conformity of Machine Configuration with Purchase Order and tool specifications; communicates changes on time if any.
- Plans, organizes customers visits and align objectives with all relatives managements and departments involved. Report outcomes and define and track actions plan.
- Report on regular basis situation of dedicated accounts to Global Account Sales Manager, analyze results and gaps and propose solutions if needed.
- Communicate sales projects and results to involved products line and Field Operation to give them visibility and plan for the right resources.
- Monitors cash collection status and escalate outdated payment when needed.
- Maintains appropriate account database including key customer decision makers, org charts and all relevant information related to customers business/projects.
- May perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Who We’re Looking For
Degree in electromechanical, electronics, electrical engineering and additional transversal education in Marketing, Sales /Business Administration.
Minimum Experience in the Semiconductor Industry at Customer Service on-site, sales and marketing experience, team management and leadership of a minimum 5 years.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
