The impact you’ll make
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising day‑to‑day warehouse activities to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of inventory, inbound and outbound operations, and workforce management while meeting service, cost, and quality targets.
What you’ll do
- Supervise daily Resupply operations including receiving, inspecting, scanning/ SAP system updating, de-trash, un-crating, fixturing, re-packing, and delivery to manufacturing.
- Coordinate with picking operation to meet delivery and production timelines.
- Lead, coach, and supervise a team of operation team, forklift operators, and contract labour to meet company objectives and key indicators.
- Plan and allocate manpower based on workload and operational priorities.
- Conduct daily briefings, performance monitoring, and on‑the‑job training.
- Ensure compliance with attendance, discipline, and company policies.
- Prepare shift out/report and publish by end of the shift.
- Enforce company safety standards, housekeeping (6S), and equipment usage.
- Report and investigate incidents, damages, and non‑conformances.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Support Lean, Kaizen, or cost‑reduction initiatives.
Who we’re looking for
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 3–6 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP systems.
- Forklift license (preferred).

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
