Joining our Quality team is an exciting opportunity to contribute to maintaining and improving world-class standards. You will play a key role in supporting quality initiatives, analyzing process performance, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing and business operations. Your work will help ensure compliance, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen our commitment to excellence.

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for managing and resolving internal quality issues.
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to conduct comprehensive root‑cause investigations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives aimed at reducing and preventing repeated or recurring issues.
  • Lead proactive quality measures, process standardization efforts, and cross‑product learning to strengthen organizational capability.
  • Compile, analyze, and present quality performance metrics during global and site-level review platforms.
  • Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, systemic gaps, and improvement opportunities across manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure that manufacturing processes—and the resulting end products—consistently meet internal specifications as well as customer and regulatory quality standards.

Who we’re looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor and quality related field.
  • Hands on experience in process, product, and line audit.
  • Possess statistical analysis, Six Sigma / Lean manufacturing skills.
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in clean room environment.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
