The impact you’ll make
In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to plan and execute manufacturing operations that directly contribute to achieving the business's strategic goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be a central figure in driving cross-functional alignment across departments such as OFM, engineering, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure seamless execution and operational excellence
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as production, OFM, engineering, WH and quality assurance) to streamline manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.
- Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to meet production targets.
- MCSD/MCD risk assessment and prioritization of PM Completion Ship risk assessments to MCSD of tools in WIP.
- Provide missed notification along with root cause and projected recommit dates of completion.
- PM tracking on parts shortages, parts borrowed, SW and Golden Unit.
- Facilitate communication between different teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and drive lean manufacturing practices.
Who we’re looking for
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge in SAP, Excel, Power Point and PowerBi
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders or customers in technical matters.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
