The impact you’ll make
Join Lam as an Administrative Assistant, offering crucial support to executives and managers by handling complex administrative duties and details. You'll excel in collaborating across departments, at all levels, conducting research and data analysis, and preparing reports. Your work is critical and contributes to Lam's efficiency and operational success.
What you’ll do
Executive Support & Administration
- Provide advanced administrative, organizational & operational support to senior executives
- Handle confidential information with high discretion & professionalism
Calendar & Scheduling Management
- Manage and optimize executive calendars by planning, prioritizing and sequencing schedules
- Provide real-time scheduling support and resolve conflicts proactively
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and engagements
Meetings & Communication
- Prepare meeting materials and presentations
- Record accurate meeting minutes and track action items
- Collect, analyze and prepare data for executive reviews and presentations
Travel & Expense Management
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Manage expense reporting and ensure compliance with company policies
Collaboration & Operations
- Work closely with administrative and operational teams
- Support budget planning and expense tracking activities
Who we’re looking for

Minimum 5 -10 years of experience supporting senior executives

Proven experience managing complex calendars, travel, and executive communications

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools

High level of independence, resourcefulness, and sound judgment

Strong interpersonal skills; approachable, dependable, and professional

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
