The impact you’ll make
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for critical and senior-level roles within the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and the Recruiting Manager to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies. The Senior Recruiter not only drives operational excellence in hiring but also provides strategic insights and support to the Recruiting Manager to ensure alignment with organizational goals and workforce planning.

Strategic Partner in Talent Acquisition Team

Act as a key partner to the Talent Acquisition Manager by providing market intelligence, building and driving innovative strategies, and team development.
What you’ll do

Program Management:
-
Data & Reporting: Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to provide market and process insights.

Employer Branding: Take initiatives on strengthening Lam Research’s employer brand and attract high-quality talent.

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Talent Strategy: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies.
Who we’re looking for
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.

Experience:

Proven success in hiring different functions roles with the flexibility to change methodologies based on strategic conversations with hiring manager.

Multiple experiences in generating ad hoc reports with strong understanding of metrics.
Preferred qualifications
Skills:

Strong planning capabilities from innovative initiatives to practical execution with goal-driven techniques.

Capable of leveraging various approaches to source candidates, including vendor partnership/management.

Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in excel and PPT.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
