What you’ll do
- Responsible for supporting sales on sales’ activities based on product configuration order fulfillment related process and policies.
- Response for LAM Dep products/systems in the region.
- Provide Slotting and Configuration support including submitting slot/configuration change CTL, NSR follow up, SAP quote update, POA review, etc.
- Generate AT reports including weekly BSR report, BOBJ shipment report, outstanding PO tools report, reports to support Bi-Weekly meeting, ACU report, etc.
- Provide necessary support to complete tool shipment including resolution of shipping document issues
- Facilitate region inputs and ideas to improve OF process and track progress with Sales Ops
- Provide SAP/NSR training to AT as required
- Responsible for key related KPIs (ILT Changes, Configuration Accuracy)
- Disciplined milestone management that delivers on-time tool shipment with quality (Slot request, NSR submission timeline, on-time PO performance)
Who we’re looking for
- Total >7 years' experience in Technical support role in semiconductor field
- Familiar with LAM Dep. products and experiences
- Familiar with SAP experience a plus
- Excellent EXCEL & PPT skill
Preferred qualifications
- Fluent English communication with headquarters & global team
- Good communication skill with Account team stakeholders

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
