Job Description

· Manage office facility operations and workplace projects to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient work environment.

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders, landlords, vendors, and contractors to support office operations, renovations, expansions, and relocations.

· Act as a key project coordinator to ensure facility-related initiatives are executed effectively while complying with company processes and requirements.

· Support multiple office locations throughout Taiwan and travel as needed to oversee facility activities.

· This role requires a balance of facility knowledge, project coordination, vendor management, and administrative process compliance to support workplace operations across Taiwan.

What you’ll do

· Take ownership of facility operations within Northern Taiwan, including Linkou, Longtan, Hsinchu, and Zhunan offices. And supporting facility operations across multiple office locations in Taiwan.

· Partner with facility mambers supporting Central and Southern Taiwan offices to maintain consistent service quality, operational standards, and reporting practices.

· Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and service requests through external vendors and contractors.

· Support office expansion, renovation, relocation, and workspace reconfiguration projects.

· Coordinate office layout planning with vendors and internal stakeholders.

· Serve as the primary coordinator among Facility, IT, Security, EHS, Finance, and other business functions during project implementation.

· Manage relationships with landlords, property management teams, vendors, and contractors.

· Obtain quotations, evaluate service proposals, and coordinate project execution.

· Follow company policies, procurement requirements, and internal approval processes.

· Maintain facility documentation, records, and project-related files.

· Identify opportunities to improve workplace functionality and operational efficiency.

· Conduct site visits and domestic travel as needed to support office operations, projects, inspections, and issue resolution.

Who we’re looking for

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

· 3+ years of facility management, workplace operations, project coordination, workplace services, or related experience.

· Basic understanding of facility systems and maintenance practices.

· Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to drive projects and operational activities to completion.

· Comfortable working within established corporate processes, systems, and approval workflows.

· Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

· Self-motivated and resourceful in identifying solutions and managing issues through appropriate internal and external resources.

· Ability to balance operational, administrative, and project-related responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

· Ability to travel domestically across Taiwan as needed.

· Basic English communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

· Experience supporting multiple office locations.

· Experience managing office relocation, renovation, or expansion projects.

· Electrical, HVAC, or related technical certifications are a plus.

· Experience within semiconductor, technology, or multinational corporate environments is preferred.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role.
