The impact you’ll make

We are seeking a highly driven and executionfocused Product Manager to join the Global Business Intelligence Solutions Group, supporting Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of program execution, product management, architecture governance, change management, and AI enablement. The Product Manager will be accountable for endtoend delivery of data engineering, analytics, and AI solutions, ensuring 100% adherence to the SDLC policy, operational excellence across domains, and measurable business impact.

What you’ll do

  • Own the data and analytics product vision, strategy, and roadmap for solutions in data, analytics and AI platforms.
  • Drive change management and enablement, budget management, including onboarding, training, and rollout strategies.
  • Partner with business, engineering, data science, and architecture teams to prioritize high-impact use cases.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, security, and business teams.
  • Lead execution of initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery within scope, quality, and budget expectations.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple data and analytics projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop program objectives, strategies, and plans. Ensure that the program’s goals align with the organization’s overall strategic direction.
  • Manage the Analytics/AI and data needs and requirements and work with business team and technical teams on prioritization.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Drive adoption of enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, and AI/ML capabilities.
  • Drive license governance and optimization, including entitlement strategy, usage monitoring, cost management, and ROI realization.

Who we’re looking for

  • 10+ years of experience as a product or program manager with at least two large Data & Analytics programs with multiple projects across different business domains.
  • Experience in delivering solutions to data/analytics platforms and one major digital transformation program/project.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, ETL (extract, transform, load) processes and data governance and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tool such as Power BI etc.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, Data Bricks etc.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Ability to build, inspire, and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative working environment.
  • Efficient in managing multiple projects and delivering results on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders, presenting findings, and persuading decision-makers.
  • Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management as it pertains to project and portfolio management.
  • Proficiency in product and project management software and tools in high tech/manufacturing industries

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.

Salary

 

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $137,000.00 -  $287,000.00.

 

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
