The Impact You’ll Make

We are seeking an experienced Applications Architect to join our team in Fremont, CA. This role will be responsible for architecting solutions to automate business processes using AI/low-code platforms and Dynamics 365 stack. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics CRM, QuickBase low-code platform, Azure based Logic Apps based automation, and business process re-engineering and automation. Additionally, the candidate will play a key role in the Digital Transformation project to integrate SaaS/PaaS solutions in Lam and contribute to the Technical Architecture Forum.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead process automation initiatives using Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM, QuickBase low-code platform, RPA, and Azure Logic Apps based automation.
  • Serve as the go-to person for business process automation requirements for BU stakeholders in the US.
  • Play an architect role in Digital Transformation projects, coordinating SSO setup for all SaaS applications.
  • Contribute to the Technical Architecture Forum (TAF).
  • Handle management activities such as vendor SOWs, resource onboarding, PR/PO requests, etc.
  • Provide broader portfolio leadership on Wafer and Symphony applications with the help of technical architects.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Power Platform architecture and automation initiatives.
  • Strong experience with Dynamics CRM, QuickBase low-code platform, and Logic Apps based automation.
  • Proven track record in business process automation and Digital Transformation projects.
  • Experience in coordinating SSO setup for SaaS applications.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple management activities and provide portfolio leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
  • Familiarity with vendor SOWs, resource onboarding, PR/PO requests.
  • Participation in Technical Architecture Forum (TAF).

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.

Salary

 

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $140,000.00 -  $302,000.00.

 

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
