The impact you’ll make
At Lam, as a Supply Chain Business Manager, you play a crucial role in partnering with suppliers to drive operational excellence. Your data-driven approach ensures effective planning, scheduling, and monitoring material movement through our dynamic global production cycle. You’ll benchmark and monitor supplier performance to manage risk. By driving continuous supplier process improvements you support the productivity and efficiency of Lam's operations.
What you’ll do
Responsible for both strategic and tactical management of Finished Goods deliveries from RF and Communicate with the relevant stakeholders so that Customer delivery commitments are fully met. SAP workflow modelling and report management. Manage supplier performance to MRP signals. Review/ approve expedite fees in support of delivery requirements. Single escalation point for delivery issues/ misses
Ensure supply chain and material readiness to support transition requirements (product and factory transitions). Manage merge in transit process..Manage execution to supply chain strategies (material, inventory, capacity, recovery, etc). Daily meetings with RF personnel on the follow up of deliveries. Lead cross-functional teams/ manage task force activities in support of critical supplier recovery and support plans
Update daily/weekly to Lam stakeholders on delivery status from RF. Escalate to Lam stakeholders on any risks noted in the Business Processes at RF. Execute cons and o-stock add/delete process .Any other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor
Who we’re looking for
Preferred qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. 8 to 10 years’ experience in Supply chain, planning. Excellent knowledge of logistics program management including previous experience working with supply chain and a thorough understanding of best practices. SAP knowledge required. Highly competent communicator who can successfully interact with cross functional teams, sponsors, management and business partners. Proven ability to identify project objectives and project approach to achieve business needs. Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
