You will play a critical role in shaping how logistics knowledge is delivered across the organization. By creating engaging, accurate, and interactive learning experiences—both online and in the classroom—you will enable operational excellence, compliance, and continuous skill development. Your work will directly impact learner engagement, onboarding efficiency, and overall productivity.

What you’ll do

Content Development

  • Develop training materials (SOPs, job aids, e-learning)
  • Simplify complex logistics processes into user-friendly content
  • Ensure accuracy and alignment with standards

Instructional Design

  • Apply ADDIE and learning principles
  • Create storyboards and scripts for WBT & ILT
  • Collaborate with SMEs to validate content

Digital Content Creation

  • Develop multimedia content (videos, visuals, interactive modules)
  • Use eLearning tools (Articulate, Captivate, Adobe)
  • Ensure LMS and SCORM/xAPI compatibility

Classroom Training Support

  • Create facilitator guides and training materials
  • Support blended learning (ILT + digital)

Content Management

  • Maintain content library and version control
  • Manage LMS and course updates
  • Keep content up to date

Collaboration & Support

  • Work with trainers and operations teams
  • Support onboarding and cross-training

Who we’re looking for

  • Education & Experience
    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Communications, or related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in content development, instructional design, or technical writing, preferably in logistics or manufacturing.
    • Experience creating both WBT and ILT content.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in eLearning tools: Articulate Storyline/Rise, Vyond, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, PhotoShop.
    • Familiarity with LMS platforms (Cornerstone, JourneyHub, SAP SuccessFactors).
    • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for WBT customization.
    • Multimedia design skills using Adobe Creative Suite.

Content & Instructional Design Skills

    • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
    • Ability to create storyboards, scripts, and blended learning strategies.
    • Skilled in developing SOPs, job aids, e-learning modules, and multimedia content.
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
    • Collaborative mindset with trainers, SMEs, and operations teams.

Preferred qualifications

  • Certifications:
    • Train-the-Trainer (TTT)
    • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
    • Adobe Captivate Specialist or similar eLearning certification
  • Experience with SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS administration.
  • Exposure to warehouse and logistics systems (SAP MM/WM/EWM, Oracle SCM).
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and digital transformation projects
  • Ability to design scenario-based and operator-focused training (OJT/WBT)

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
