The impact you’ll make
This is a 12-month contractual role partner closely with HR and Business stakeholders to deliver learning solutions that accelerate capability, cultural integration, and time‑to‑productivity across the organization.
What you’ll do
Learning Program Ownership & Facilitation
- Own assigned learning programs end‑to‑end, from needs analysis and design through facilitation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as lead facilitator for core learning programs, including onboarding, foundational, and capability‑building initiatives.
- Design and deliver engaging, learner‑centered experiences using adult learning and facilitation best practices.
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions with confidence and impact.
Enterprise Onboarding & Learning Experience
- Design, facilitate, and continuously evolve enterprise onboarding and early‑career learning experiences that accelerate cultural integration, role clarity, and productivity.
- Partner with HR, hiring managers, and functional teams to align onboarding and learning content, sequencing, and timing.
- Coordinate learning schedules, materials, communications, and key onboarding touchpoints from a learning experience perspective.
- Act as a key point of contact for onboarding‑related learning design and facilitation.
Learning Design & Content Development
- Design and develop learning materials, facilitator guides, toolkits, and supporting resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to curate or co‑create relevant, business‑aligned content.
- Apply instructional design principles to ensure learning solutions are practical, scalable, and engaging.
Learning Operations & Governance
- Manage learning operations including scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, and LMS administration.
- Ensure accurate tracking of attendance, completion, and evaluation data.
- Manage program timelines, dependencies, and delivery risks to ensure smooth execution.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as a trusted learning partner to business leaders, HRBPs, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external vendors and facilitators to ensure quality and alignment.
- Contribute to broader HR and talent initiatives where learning integration is required.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using participant feedback, assessments, and qualitative insights.
- Analyze learning data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare insights and reports for stakeholders on learning impact and experience quality.
- Drive continuous improvement based on data, feedback, and evolving business needs.

Preferred qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related HR roles.
- Proven experience facilitating programs and owning enterprise or onboarding‑related learning initiatives.
- Experience operating in fast‑paced or matrixed organizations preferred.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
