The impact you’ll make
As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in shaping Lam Research Malaysia’s talent landscape. You will lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, manufacturing, and support functions, partnering with hiring managers, HRBPs, and Global Talent Acquisition to deliver timely and high-quality hiring outcomes. Your strategic approach will help attract top talent, elevate our employer brand, and support initiatives such as campus engagement and recruitment marketing. You’ll also provide market intelligence and talent insights to inform hiring decisions and workforce planning. Your work will help build a high-performing workforce in a company recognized as a highly desirable workplace for global tech talent to start a career, make an impact, and grow.
What you’ll do
Talent Acquisition Execution
- Lead end-to-end hiring: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and implement sourcing strategies, especially for niche semiconductor roles.
- Source talent via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital platforms.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and data privacy.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and hiring decisions.
Talent Engagement & Employer Branding
- Promote Lam’s employer branding across candidate touchpoints.
- Drive college engagement and university partnerships.
- Foster candidate engagement through timely communication and feedback.
- Support branding initiatives through digital campaigns and social media.
Additional Responsibilities
Talent Insights & Strategy
- Deliver talent insights and market intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and take action to meet performance goals.
- Use analytics to identify trends and optimize sourcing strategies.
- Build pipelines for current and future hiring needs, focusing on hard-to-fill roles.
Collaboration & Projects
- Align talent acquisition with business needs by partnering with HRBPs, COEs, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition to share strategies and best practices.
- Support immigration processes and coordinate with legal counsel.
- Contribute to projects including process optimization, system enhancements, and branding.
Who we’re looking for
- A bachelor’s degree, or a diploma with substantial relevant experience in talent acquisition
- At least 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology sectors
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring for technical, niche, and high-impact roles
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, SuccessFactors, Career Connect, and Visier, or similar ATS and analytics platforms
- Experience in campus recruitment and employer branding
- Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and a passion for talent

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
