Senior Manager, Order Fulfilment Management

Date:  Jul 6, 2026
Location:

Batu Kawan, MY

Req ID:  198715
Worker Category:  On-site Flex

The group you’ll be a part of

The Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business.

The impact you’ll make

This is a high-impact role created to support the scale-up of Lam Research’s Malaysia.

The successful candidate will onboard initially through programme and escalation management. This is not a supervisory generalist role — it requires an operator-level leader who can drive containment, direct cross-functional traffic, and model what senior leadership looks like for a growing organisation.

What you’ll do

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Escalation & Programme Leadership

• Own end-to-end escalation management across BK and KM, driving containment, D3 response, and deflow on all major factory issues

• Lead cross-functional resolution on supply disruptions, entity-impact events, and part flow issues — replacing ad hoc, multi-party coordination with structured programme discipline

• Build and standardise escalation cadence and communication protocols across both sites, ensuring consistent signal to executive leadership

New Site Integration & Product Transition

• Lead programme management for KM new plant integration — SAP cutover, material master setup, source and info record migration, and inventory readiness

• Drive product transition readiness — coordinating material readiness, record movement between sites, and cross-functional alignment

• Support new  warehouse integration and logistics transitions as Malaysia’s supply chain infrastructure expands

Organisational Development

• leadership model for the broader Malaysia Order Execution team — coaching managers, running escalations, and demonstrating site level leadership

• Partner with Global Planning & Operation managers to manage bandwidth across both sites during the KM ramp period

• Engage directly with manufacturing, supply chain, global product groups, and cross-functional teams on day-to-day operational issues and represent Malaysia Order Execution in cross-functional forums

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 10–12 years in semiconductor equipment manufacturing, supply chain, or order execution operations

• Strong semiconductor business background

• Demonstrated experience managing factory-level escalations and cross-functional programme delivery

• Prior experience operating at or near director level

• Proven track record managing complex, high-volume manufacturing environments (preferably $5B+ output scale)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills up to VP level

Preferred qualifications

• Exposure to multi-site or greenfield factory ramp environments

• Familiarity with SAP manufacturing and supply chain modules
