You will play a key role in supporting quality initiatives, analyzing process performance, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing and business operations. Your work will help ensure compliance, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen our commitment to excellence.
What you’ll do
- Manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely response, thorough analysis, and effective closure.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to perform comprehensive root‑cause investigations and drive robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives to eliminate repeated customer issues and prevent future recurrence.
- Champion proactive quality measures, process standardization, and cross‑product learning to enhance organizational knowledge and consistency.
- Consolidate, analyze, and present customer and product quality performance metrics during global and site‑level review forums.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, systemic gaps, and opportunities for improvement across manufacturing processes.
- Ensure manufacturing processes—and final products—consistently meet internal quality standards as well as customer and regulatory requirements.
Who we’re looking for
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and in quality‑related functions.
- Hands-on experience in process audits, product audits, and production line audits.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, with working knowledge of Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to drive data‑based decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for effective cross‑functional collaboration.
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment and familiarity with cleanroom protocols.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
