As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for [insert group or strategic initiative]. What you’ll do

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated supply chain operations support to the regional Lam operations network, with a focus on governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with the Business Operations team to lead and support governance and compliance initiatives within Supply Chain Operations, including (but not limited to) internal and external audits, compliance programs, and strategic global vendor consignment programs.
  • Manage non‑technical supply chain programs and projects using an internal customer–centric approach, from project initiation through execution and delivery.
  • Provide forecasting, planning, and strategic execution support to ensure the supply chain can meet current and future business requirements.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders across supply chain, operations, finance, legal, and quality through structured meetings, progress tracking, and risk management to deliver projects on time and within acceptable risk thresholds.
  • Establish clear governance mechanisms, project cadence, and performance metrics to ensure transparency, accountability, and sustained compliance across supply chain operations.

Who we’re looking for

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business; MBA in Finance or Operations is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience, preferably within manufacturing or complex supply chain environments.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of government regulations, compliance requirements, and end‑to‑end business processes impacting supply chain operations.
  • Proven experience managing multiple programs or projects simultaneously with strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
