The impact you’ll make
At Lam, as a Manufacturing Integrator Intern, you play an integral role in meeting production schedules. You'll coordinate, route, and expedite materials to address shortages. Your expertise extends to proper routing of incoming materials and monitoring the flow of materials between departments to meet scheduled commitments. Your contribution ensures smooth material handling, supporting Lam's commitment to operational excellence.
What you’ll do
- Performs a variety of coordinating, routing, and material handling duties to meet production schedules.
- Expedites parts to remedy material shortage problems.
- Picks up and delivers materials within and outside company and maintains records on material flow.
- May ensure incoming materials are properly routed.
- May monitor the flow of materials and parts between departments in order to meet scheduled commitments.
- Perform SAP transaction for material issuance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication and documentation compliance.
- Coordinate documentation of business processes and assist in process improvement initiatives.
Who we’re looking for
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Administration (or related field).
- Strong ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
- Use computer-based SAP data systems, applications, and Office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for documentation and reporting.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
