What you’ll do
- Ensure all HR documents are properly stamped and processed through LHDN.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate stamping payments.
- Ensure all stamped documents are properly organized and stored in the designated folder.
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. Partner with business functions as an expert on HR policies and processes.
- Provide support and advice to all users on HR SAP system (Employee Connect). Administering the employee lifecycle transactions including but not limited to hire, personal and organization data changes, transfer and leavers processes. Auditing for accuracy and compliance.
- Full employee life cycle management, managing the entire onboarding and offboarding process. Onboarding activities includes the pre-hire logistics support, preparation of the New Hire Getting Started Guide, receiving and welcoming the new hires on Day 1 and co-ordinating New Employee Orientation. Offboarding activities include offboarding logistics support, ensuring exit employees complete the exit documentation and return all company’s assets.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure completion of HR processes. Re-engineer existing processes to streamline and develop changed processes to obtain optimal operational efficiency.
- HR reporting and analysis derived from varying data sources.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Who we’re looking for
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite which includes MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of SuccessFactors will be an advantage
- Is a team player with good communication and interpersonal relations skill
- Independent and is meticulous with good organizing skill
- Exposure to the local labor law
- Able to main confidentiality
- Work well under pressure and is able to meet tight deadline

Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s in business administration, human resources or equivalent
- Degree holder : 1 to 2 years of relevant experience handling full spectrum of human resource activities

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
