The impact you’ll make

Joining the team is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of business process transformation and to provide essential analytical support to the Regional Business Operations team.

What you’ll do

• Learn and understand the core responsibilities of an engineer in a manufacturing environement.
• Work closely with production teams and manufactruing engineers to develop new fixtures.
• Involve in fixture maintenance and sustaining activities to ensure reliability and performance.
• Engage in Kaizen activities, including fixture design improvements and process optimization opportunities.
• Create technical work instructions, including Maintenance WI and Fixture WI.
• Create Engineering Drawing for fixture design and documentation.
• Work closely with fixture engineers & technicians on day-to-day task and project execution.
• Coordinate with vendors for fixture-related activities.
• Support assembly and testing of fixtures to ensure functionality.
• Incorporate academic knowledge to practical, hands-on engineering work. 

Who we’re looking for

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics
• Familiarity in Power BI & Power apps for data visualization and process automation

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
