The Impact You’ll Make

What You’ll Do

  • Join the daily operation teams for day to day operations
  • Support the maintenance team for the routine maintenance job of mechanical system. For e.g. chiller system, cooling tower, air handling units, fan coils and etc
  • Familiarize with the mechanical system overview
  • Update Autocad drawing from time to time to keep as built drawing up to date
  • Look or any systemic improvement that can implement to help reduce administrative or improve the effeciency of repetitive work through observing day to day operation for the facilities team at the end of assignment.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
