Job Descriptions

  • Oversee the development, planning and implementation of EHS policies and procedures from expansion activities to sustaining operations
  • Governance in compliance with all applicable EHS requirements and handles interactions with DOE, DOSH, Fire Service Department and all other applicable agencies.
  • Ensuring scheduled management in compliance with DOE Requirement
  • Ensure EHS training programs for employees in areas such as, ergonomics, hazardous material handling, fall protection, control of hazardous energies, emergency response, and other identified compliance training needs. Conduct EHS training for employees and contractors as per the EHS training needs
  • Conduct proactive EHS risk assessment reviews and ensures appropriate corrective actions are taken to mitigate identified risks for manufacturing and logistic activities
  • Audit Conctractor Safety to ensure the activities conducted is complying with EHS corporate and local legal requirement.
  • Provides governance by conducting routine EHS compliance inspections, incident investigations and final closure
  • Facilitate effective Accident Prevention Program and EHS promotional activities
  • Leading Ergonomic Risk Reduction Program, CoHE, Equipment Safety, Logistic Safety and Contractor's Safety Program with involvement by stakeholder

What you’ll do

xperience:

  • 8-12 years of working experience in EHS field in manufacturing and warehouse
  • Experience in new start-up company, Contractors Safety, Warehouse Safety
  • Well verse with Hazardous Energy Control, Equipment Safety, Material Handling Equipment Safety, Ergonomic Risk Assessment and Controls

 

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to motivate, influence, coach and drive results
  • Ability to apply EHS standards and regulatory knowledge to business decisions
  • Ability to lead a cross-functional teams to meet EHS objectives and accident free workplace
  • Strong computer literacy skills including mastery knowledge of Microsoft suite (excel, word, power-point) skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence and drive message on complex content, in front of peers
  • Strong computer literacy skills including excel, word, power point skills

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
